TopDogLegal.com gives users the ability to utilize the Hound Dog® feature, which creates a community of information sharing between professionals. Users may designate certain information to be shared through a large network of professionals from all around the United States. This sharing is optional for each user and any data entered into the public area of Hound Dog™ is subject to review and possible removal if it is deemed improper or unlawful by CopTracker Inc.

Data Organization and User Interface:

TopDogLegal™ is a web based data organization tool used for storing and distributing files that the user may choose to share or not. The files entered by the users into TopDogLegal™ are saved onto CopTracker Inc.'s servers for safe and fast storage and retrieval, but can also be used to:

• Graphical User Interface: When you login to TopDogLegal™, you will first see the User Interface that allows you to enter new information or edit existing information directly on the web page. Data may be retrieved, saved, deleted, or entire new entries can be made.

• Save disk space: After the user enters or edits the new information and clicks save, the data is sent to secure servers at CopTracker Inc., which store all the data and save it for safe retrieval at any time. All data for each company is kept in it's own server space and not accessible by any other company unless specifically designated for sharing.

• Working Remotely: Companies that have multiple offices or professionals who travel frequently can enjoy the ability to access their important client or company data from anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection.  Companies with multiple offices can enjoy the ability to share and disperse data and information between offices without delays or tying up email or file transfer services.
